A residential project in Prague-Smíchov consisting of a group of apartment buildings with a varied mix of small and medium-sized flats suitable for owner-occupation as well as investment. The layouts are designed with an emphasis on functionality and everyday comfort, and most flats have their own outdoor space in the form of a balcony or loggia. The top floors offer spacious terraced apartments with generous outdoor areas and panoramic views of Prague. The Atelier SECCO team prepared the complete building permit documentation and subsequently the detailed design documentation for building A.
