Michal Sedlář studied architecture/construction at the Czech Technical University and had already worked in various architectural ateliers during his studies. He worked in Hunter&Douglas, Arwen and in Ekospol, a developer’s company, as their head architect. He founded an architectural atelier SECCO, s.r.o. in 2006 which has been gradually growing and expanding. With the leading architect the atelier was awarded with The Construction of the Year 2016 in Olomouc Region Prize for the Thermal Park Velké Losiny project. Michal Sedlář is married with 3 children.

Pavel Mikolajek is the University of Economics graduate. He has 15 years of experience in executive management as an economist in state administration. He has 20 years of expertise in the fields of military and peacekeeping operations to the UN, namely in Saudi Arabia or former Yugoslavia. He has worked for UN in New York in the peacekeeping operations division as well as a diplomat during a permanent mission of the Czech republic to the UN. He operated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech republic as an executive of the NATO infrastructure project in the Czech republic. The last foreign mission of Pavel Mikolajek was a 5 year experience in the NATO headquarters in Brussels as a diplomat. His current role is the office manager and the CFO of Atelier Secco. He is married with 2 children.
