A modern residential project in Prague-Smíchov is situated on a sloping site where vineyards, orchards, fields and gardens have been found since the Middle Ages. The building is a striking landmark of the locality and captivates with its unconventional elliptical shape and characteristic façade articulation, which contrasts with the terrain and the surroundings. The atelier took part in the project at the stage of detailed design documentation and preparation for construction.
