Renovation and extension of the interiors of the canteen, buffet, café and adjacent lounge areas at the International School of Prague. The design treats these spaces as the social heart of the school, creating an attractive multifunctional environment with a high flexibility of use for everyday operation as well as communal gatherings. The individual zones are designed for the varied needs of students and teachers, from dining and informal meetings to relaxation and shared activities. Varied colours, materials and distinctive interior elements underline the character of the individual functions and create a pleasant, lively and inspiring environment. The project also includes the redesign of the adjacent outdoor courtyard spaces, which follow on naturally from the interior and extend the possibilities for relaxation, meeting, teaching and shared activities.
